Renewed Funding Application: Some returning applicants may be eligible to use the new Renewed Funding application if they meet the requirements outlined in Section 5.3 of the Program Guidelines.
This application should only be used in cases where the returning applicant is seeking the same level of funding, for the same programs, as they received in the previous year.

Step 4: Prepare for your application

There are several helpful online resources to support applicants to prepare for and submit an online application for a Community Gaming Grant.

Pre-Application Checklists:
Before beginning the online application for a Community Gaming Grant, please review the appropriate pre-application checklist, to ensure that you have all required information and documentation available to refer to or to upload to the application. This preparation will make applying faster and easier.

Use the Regular Form pre-application checklist unless you know your organization is eligible to apply using the Renewed Funding application (see Step 3 above).

Service Clubs:
Service Clubs that deliver a Community Donations Program should review the following checklist to ensure that their donation recipients meet all organization and program eligibility criteria outlined in the Program Guidelines and Conditions.

Example Documents:
The documents below are examples of financial documents that you may be asked to provide during your online application. These types of documents are referenced in the pre-application checklists.
