Congratulations to Dr. David Gagnon, who is the recipient of the 2023 Priyabrata Mukhopadhyay Award, which is awarded by the Faculty each year to recognize exceptional performance by a member of its technical and research support staff. David’s well-deserved accomplishment was celebrated at a reception at the Deanery on December 13th.

3rd Annual MIMM Scientific Art Contest
The MIMM department encourages the MIMM community to unleash their creativity!
Participate in the MIMM Art Contest by submitting captivating Journal cover art and/or visually striking scientific images derived from your research. Whether it's photographs, digital designs, or any other imaginative science or research-based concept, we invite you to showcase your artistic talents. Selected pieces will be featured in the chair's office, the administration office, and on the department website.
Submission Format: Ensure that your artwork is of high quality for potential printing and framing. Don't forget to provide the names you wish to include in the acknowledgments, as they will be added to the framed versions of the selected entries.
Who can participate: MIMM Community (Undergraduate students, Graduate students, Postdocs, Faculty and Staff members).
Prizes: There will be prizes to be won.
Deadline: January 31, 2023
