BT Safe is the official safety app of Brampton Transit. It is the only app that integrates with City of Brampton Security Services safety and Brampton Transit. The app will allow you to submit safety reports, speak live with Security Service and provide instant access to safety and transit resources.

BT Safe features include:
- Incident Reporting: Report a safety concern associated with Brampton Transit.
- Live chat: Chat with Security Services in real-time.
- SMS Report: Submit an SMS report by using text messaging on your phone.
